RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to enjoy your STĀV piece for years to come. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.

RETURNS
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because every STĀV piece is crafted from real oak, natural variations in grain, color, texture, char, mineral streaking, knots, and figure are expected and part of what makes each piece unique.

Some STĀV editions intentionally highlight more expressive and visually distinctive cooperage material, including wavy grain, mineral markings, and natural character that would not appear in more uniform selections. These features are cosmetic in nature and are not considered defects so long as the product remains structurally sound and functional.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Custom engraved or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
